How does it work?

You have two options when you order a Bulgarian Ltd from us. Absolutely the fastest and most flexible is if you come down to us in Bulgaria.

When traveling to Bulgaria (2-3 days):

Place your order.
We send all company documents and proxies to your e-mail address for review.
We agree on a date when you can come down to Sofia / Bulgaria. (It is preferable that you come down at the beginning of a work week).
Depending on what time of day you arrive, we have the opportunity to go to a notary office on the same day to sign all company documents.
All signed company documents are sent to the Bulgarian Swedish Companies Registration Office.
The company registration takes 2-3 working days, after which your company is ready and you can run your business.

Via distance from Sweden (10-15 days):

Place your order.
We send all company documents and proxies to your e-mail address for signature and certification with apostille.
You go to a notary public office in your city and get them certified apostille / alternatively that you go to the Bulgarian Embassy if you are in the Stockholm area. (We can assist with addresses to notary offices).
Then you send (via courier) the signed company documents to us.
Because the company documents are included apostille then the company registration takes about 10 working days, after which your company is ready and you can start your business.
